COVID-19 Shipping Update
During this time we are open and ready to take your orders, but please do keep in mind that deliveries may be delayed due to the limitations and restrictions surrounding businesses and shipping during COVID-19. Australia Post and their team are experiencing delays that could effect when you receive your order.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $70 receive free standard shipping within Australia. For other orders our standard shipping fee is $9.95. Express shipping is $14.95.
What is the shipping time frame?
Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days.
Express shipping is delivered within 3 business days.
Please note all shipping times are guidelines from Australia Post and subject to change and therefore we can not be liable for all losses for delays in shipping. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this stage we only ship within Australia via our website but stay tuned we plan on sharing the Liberty & Litz experience across the world soon. If you are interested in international orders please email hello@libertyandlitz.com and we can arrange a custom order for you.
I have not received my order what do I do?
Please email help@libertyandlitz.com with your order confirmation number and one of our team members will be in contact to assist you.
RETURNS:
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you need to return/exchange an item will accept returns/exchanges for any unused products that is still in a resalable condition within 30 days of despatch. Items must include original packaging. We do not refund postage & handling costs unless item is deemed faulty. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and it is strongly recommended that you use a registered shipping method.
Who do I contact if I would like to exchange/return a product?
To start the process of an exchange/return please email help@libertyandlitz.com with your details and order number. Please note that refunds/exchanges can take 4-7 business days to process after we have received the returned item.
