PRODUCT CARE: 

Do I have to trim my wicks? 

Yes we recommend trimming both your wicks to approximately 7mm (1/4 inch) before every burn, including the first time you light your candle. 

How do I take correctly care of my candle?

It is important to read our candle care and safety page before lighting your Liberty & Litz candle to ensure you are safely using your candle and get the best results from your experience.

Why must I burn my candle to the edge each time? 

This is important on the first burn and every time you light the candle afterwards as it ensure the wax melts evenly down the jar and avoids tunnelling. Tunnelling can effect the performance of your candle. 

Why is there black residue inside my candle jar?

If your wicks has not been correctly trimmed before each use this can be the issue. Also ensure the wicks are standing upright before lighting. To remove residue, ensure the candle is extinguished and jar is cool before using a clean paper towel or cloth to remove.

Why should I not burn my candle for longer than 4hrs? 

If the wick is lit for too long it can become too long and drop and touch the side of the glass which could cause the glass to heat up/crack etc. Also longer burns effect the total burn time of your candle.

Can I reuse my Liberty & Litz jar once I finish burning my candle? 

Yes you sure can. Just make sure you clean the jar with warm soapy water and wipe with clean cloth to remove any left over wax etc.

How much does shipping cost? 

Orders over $70 receive free standard shipping. For other others our standard shipping fee is $9.95. Express shipping is $14.95

What currency do you use? 

All our prices are stated and processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Can I change my order once I have placed it? 

Please email help@libertyandlitz.com if you need to make any changes. We will do our best to assist but unfortunately there are some circumstances where we can not change the order once it has been placed, this includes once an item has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY: 

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you need to return/exchange an item will accept returns/exchanges for any unused products that are still in a resalable condition within 30 days of despatch. Items must include original packaging. We do not refund postage & handling costs unless item is deemed faulty. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To start the process of a return/exchange please email help@libertyandlitz.com with your details and order number. Please note that refunds/exchanges can take 4-7 business days to process after we have received the returned item.
